Tempo run…I had intended to do 7 miles, but I guess I was a little short. It was a good run—I did a new route, out to Hwy 100 and back. I did that a year ago or so (or at least when I lived in my old apartment), and I remember it being really difficult. It wasn’t bad at all tonight. The temperature might have helped. It was a BALMY 35 degrees! It felt wonderful. All in all, not an eventful run, but a good one. I managed to stay right on pace for the tempo portion.
